Resort was not anywhere near finished.

Waited 7 hours for our room to be ready.

They were still painting & attaching doors rooms.

Water park was not finished

No tennis or basketball courts

No beach

No "garden view"

Listened to construction vehicles & chainsaws from sun up to sun down.

Have been attempting to resolve this for 9 months.

I have written 4 letters that have gone unanswered.

Finally found a phone # which turns out to be a phone tree to nowhere.

Did reach a customer rep that proceeded to tell me I was a liar.



Stay away from Palace Resorts

Product or Service Mentioned: Palace Resorts Grand Moon Palace Vacation Ownership.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $8000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: No attempt to solve my frustrations, Inability to contact corporate office, Misleading sales presentation, Lack of contact.

How long was your stay ? --- you should have departed immediately or at very least the next day ; I hope you didn't stay longer because that will make it difficult to justify your complaint.
